Someone is coming to look at the house in 2 hours. Everything I read this morning about showing a house said to let in lots of light, and that the house should be spotless and clutter-free. One checklist said, "It should look like a house with furniture but nobody lives there." The light I can do. As for the rest...I guess I'm doomed!

How'd it go? lol @ making the house spotless! I never heard the thing about making a house look like it's not lived it. I always thought a house was more appealing when you could picture it being used.
They didn't show. That's OK, though, my house is clean and ready for a week of packing. I like houses to look "lived in" too. Maybe realtors have problems with houses just being *too* lived in, ya know?:)

we did the selling/moving thing a year ago ... couldn't find a place to buy right away ... rented ... then God just dropped the EXACT type of condo we wanted into our laps ...
