Don't you want clothespins to match your laundry?
Then get out your Eric Carle paint set.
Mix pretty colors...
And go to town!
Flower garden colors...
Black and white...
Cherry pie? Ladybugs? What does this make you think of?
(I"m hesitant to use these on a real outdoor clothesline since I'm not sure they acrylic craft paint would stay put if they got wet. Anybody know?)

How cool! I LOVE IT and what a fun project for kids! I THINK THAT I MIGHT HAVE TO STEAL THIS IDEA!!!
oooo adorable! i think the red and black ones remind me of strawberries. :-)
i wonder... if you gave them a quick spray of silicone or poly coating, would that make them waterproof?
How pretty & how simple! Seems you could find dozens of uses for those!!
I think erica is right. These are so adorable.

Oh my goodness, those are so cute! I would probably look for the outdoor type of acrylic paint. Yours would probably be fine, they just may not weather as well over time.
Those are really cute! I still don't own any clothespins. I keep checking at Target and Walmart, but they've been sold out.(perhaps this line-drying thing is really catching on? One could hope!)
those are just plain cute!
Great idea.
If I painted my pins, then I might bring them in and wouldn't they be happy!?
