Monday Lifestyle Update

I didn't do too well on my exercise this week. Billy had to leave very early for hospital visits and the like several mornings, so I wasn't able to get out and walk, but that's OK. That's just life, and some weeks will be like that. I did miss my exercise. I haven't been sleeping soundly and I think that's part of it.

I drank lots of water, watched my eating, but didn't eat enough raw and nibbled too much. I'm not gaining (lb or inches) just holding steady. I think I'll have to declare war to get over this hump. Not discouraged (too busy to think about it) but just trying to analyze how I need to change things in order for them to be effective. My body is working totally differently now that I've had kids, and while I don't feel like it will be *hard* to lose weight, it is just a matter of figuring out what works for me now. I think it will have something to do with burning more calories than I consume, or something complicated like that. ;)

I'm with you. I remember when I was very successful not too long ago at losing some weight I began most days with a fried egg cooked in butter and coffee with cream and raw honey. Somehow the combination got me off to a good start as far as blood sugar goes, and I didn't have cravings or succumb to nibbling.

I'm going to try it again. But now I'm always busy running around leaving comments when I should be cooking my egg.

Way to go Stephanie!!

Todd is bringing home a tremill this week(he got it for $50 from someone at work who used it just a few times... does God know what we need or what!!)and we are buying a bowflex that we are also getting a gonga deal on! With Todd being gone the 4 days I didnt want any excuses.

Our blood sugars control so much of the way we eat. I have had 2 education classes and the things I found out were incrediable and explain so much of why I over eat or eat the wrong things.

Anyways, ;) WAY TO GO Stephanie, you are an inspiration!!!

(No pressure! ;) )
