Little Helper

I found these two pics of Elizabeth cooking for me when I was looking through some photos today. Yesterday she mixed up a double batch of banana nut muffins (from scratch), which is not above the skill level of a 6yo with supervision. What a help she is to me! Teach your kids to do things for themselves at an early age and they will be helpful and independent as they grow older!

How sweet! I love the skirt and bare feet. Mom taught us to cook at a young age, and we've all enjoyed it! Even my brothers can cook full meals...Justin is quite a chef. Not only is it a help to mom now, but when they are grown and gone they will be thanking you for teaching them!

Stephanie,

I / We couldnt agree more with you. Hannah so wants to help too. Gives them a sense of accomplishment and Hannah loves to cook, just like her daddy.

Great photos, love the hair!!

Have a fabulous day!

What a beautiful young lady!!!
And she's cooking already, by herself? WOW!
Okay... here's my goal. More patience to teach my daughters skills that they need for life.
Thanks for your inspiration!
